What is your return policy?

We have spent thousands of hours, hundreds of days, and many dollars testing our products on our family of clients. We know they work well. We also acknowledge that, in rare cases, they might not work for everybody. However, if you purchase one or more of our products and it just doesn’t work out for you, please consider gifting it to a friend, colleague, your mum, or a shelter. 

Because here’s the thing. One of the beauty industry’s dirty, not-so-little secrets is that returned products get thrown out and end up in landfills. So no matter how much a brand talks about being environmentally friendly, if they’re selling to big box retailers with no-questions-asked return policies, things turn not so environmentally friendly real fast.

Having said that, if you can’t pass it along to someone who can use it, we are happy to refund you the purchase price, with a 20% restocking fee, if you notify us within 14 days after product arrival.
